• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a massage but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of one session is 60 or 90 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by male massage therapists with medical education and more than 7 and 14 years of experience, as well as a female massage therapist with medical education and more than 5 years of experience.
