The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Session duration: 50 minutes (40 minutes – active phase, 10 minutes – changing clothes and completion).
• In the event of an air raid, services are provided as usual - the center has its own shelter.
• Please note! Consultations, availability checks, and session registrations are available exclusively via the center's Telegram or Viber channels. Information is not provided over the phone to avoid misunderstandings regarding the terms and conditions of a specific promotion and registration details.
• Registration procedure: Registration is for designated appointment times on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of promotional spots is limited by the center's schedule.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired dates via instant messaging.
• To book a session, please send a single message via Telegram or Viber: the event title (or link), certificate code (or screenshot), number of people, and preferred date. Registration will not be processed without the certificate code.
• Promotional Slots: Certificates are accepted during designated Promotional Hours. The Promotional Hours schedule is updated weekly and is publicly available on the studio's website/Instagram Highlights. Appointments outside these hours are only possible if available on the day of your appointment.
• Holidays: This promotion does not apply to holidays or high-demand days. On these dates, services are provided at the studio's full price list.
• Energy Independence (Force Majeure): The studio has an independent power supply. In the event of emergency power outages or depleted generators, the treatment is performed without the use of heated couches or a video projector. The manual portion of the program is provided in full.
• The procedure requires a set of underwear (you can bring your own or buy it on site for a minimal additional fee).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers from the center.
• There are no hidden fees in the cost of the service.
• For an additional fee (at the client's request), the center offers disposable products (slippers, underwear, and a cap). Using the center's disposable underwear is optional; you are welcome to bring your own.
• To receive a discount, you must provide the certificate number when registering.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not notify us of your cancellation by 7:00 PM the day before your appointment, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service and the session is considered completed.
• The program was developed by SlimClub specialists for a comprehensive renewal of physical and mental health.

Rules of conduct and tardiness:

• If you are late by more than 15 minutes, the administration has the right to refuse service (the certificate is considered used) or shorten the procedure time by the time of the delay without recalculating the cost.
• The center's administration reserves the right to refuse services (without refund) to individuals who exhibit aggressive behavior, grossly violate etiquette when interacting with staff, or are intoxicated.

• The procedure is performed by certified specialists of the center with more than 2 years of experience (women and men).
• During the procedure, proprietary essential oils are used.
