• You must have socks with you.
• You can bring your own cake, fruit, and alcoholic drinks.

• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a visit but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the visit is considered completed.
