• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a patient who has never visited the clinic).
• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• Each client can only personally use one certificate.

• The clinic operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic format.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered rendered and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have scheduled a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15-20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the appointment is considered completed.
