IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has never visited the center).
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for your desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has signed up for a class but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance, or is more than 15 minutes late, the center reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the class is considered completed.
• Duration of consultation is 15 minutes, kinesiotherapy – 45-50 minutes, back massage – 30 minutes.
• The massage is performed by a massage therapist with more than 4 years of experience (male), and the kinesiotherapy procedure is performed by a specialist with more than 2 years of experience (female).
