IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has never visited the center).
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for your desired date and time.
• The SPA complex operates on a shared basis, meaning other guests may be present during your stay (the center can accommodate up to 22 people at a time).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must indicate the certificate number when registering (booking).
• If a client has booked a session but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance, or is more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed or shortened by the time of the delay.
• Session duration: up to 3 hours.
• Admission for children under 4 years old is free, from 4 to 12 years old – 50% of the list price, from 12 years old – full price.
