IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The session duration is 45 or 60 minutes (depending on the selected certificate).
• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the salon is equipped with a generator.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for your desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time of your delay.

• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience (female).
