IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Session duration: 40-120 minutes (depending on the selected certificate).
• In case of power outage, services are provided as usual – the salon is equipped with a generator.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for the date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not notify us of your cancellation 12 hours in advance, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time you were late.
• The procedure is performed by a specialist with more than 10 years of experience (female).
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo four-level processing (ultrasonic bath, cleaning, dry heat and storage).
• Works of the master.
