• If you make an appointment but fail to show up at the appointed time and fail to notify the doctor 6 hours in advance of your cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the appointment will be considered completed or rescheduled for a time convenient for the doctor.
