• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

• If you signed up for a class but fail to show up at the appointed time and fail to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the class will be considered completed or shortened by the amount of time you were late.
• The duration of one lesson is 60 minutes.
• The schedule of classes is agreed upon individually.
• Classes are taught by a teacher with 5 years of experience.
