IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• In case of an air raid, services are provided as usual - the salon has its own shelter.
• Please note! Consultations, availability checks, and appointment bookings are available exclusively via the salon's Telegram or Viber. Information is not provided over the phone to avoid misunderstandings regarding the terms and conditions of a specific promotion and appointment details.
• Registration procedure: Registration is for designated appointment times on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of promotional spots is limited by the salon's schedule.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired dates via instant messaging.
• To book a session, please send a single message via Telegram or Viber: the event title (or link), certificate code (or screenshot), number of people, and preferred date. Registration will not be processed without the certificate code.
• The procedure requires a set of underwear (you can bring your own or buy it on site for a minimal additional fee).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers from the salon.
• There are no hidden fees in the cost of the service.
• For an additional fee (at the client's request), the salon offers a set of disposable products (slippers, underwear, and a cap). Using the salon's disposable underwear is optional; you are welcome to bring your own.
• To receive a discount, you must provide the certificate number when registering.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.

Rules of conduct and tardiness:

• If you are late by more than 15 minutes, the administration has the right to refuse service (the certificate is considered used) or shorten the procedure time by the time of the delay without recalculating the cost.
• The salon administration reserves the right to refuse services (without a refund) to individuals who exhibit aggressive behavior, grossly violate etiquette when interacting with staff, or are intoxicated.

• Session duration: 40 minutes (massage + time for changing).
• The procedure is carried out by Junior specialists (trainee masters) with more than 3 month of experience (women and men) under the supervision of senior mentors.
