• When making an appointment (examination), you must notify the clinic administrator about the availability of the certificate and present it before the appointment (examination) begins.
• The clinic operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has made an appointment but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance, or is more than 30 minutes late, the clinic administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the certificate is considered used.
