IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book your arrival date and the room you are interested in.
• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - cottages are equipped with inverter batteries.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and provide the administrator with your full name and certificate number without the last digit.
• Please provide the last digit of your certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be added together).
• Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday, at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
