• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the establishment is equipped with an independent power source.

• The dental clinic operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you made an appointment but did not show up at the appointed time and did not notify us of your cancellation 12 hours in advance, or were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the appointment will be considered completed or shortened by the time you were late.
