- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
- The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel your reservation by calling the number listed in the promotion no later than 15 days before your arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first two nights of the reservation.
