- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
- The certificate can be returned penalty-free if you cancel your reservation by calling the number listed in the promotion no later than 15 days before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a fee equal to the first two nights of your reservation.
