• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• For an online consultation, you must send the certificate electronically to arc.8.8008@gmail.com and then schedule a consultation.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the session is considered completed.
• Duration of 1 session is 60 minutes.

• In her work, the psychologist uses the following methods: art therapy, fairy tale therapy, music therapy, the method of return and repetition, the method of reflection, the method of detailed analysis using small objects (immersion in the situation).
