IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for the date and time.
• When making an appointment, you must notify the clinic administrator about the presence of a certificate and present it before the appointment.
• The medical center operates under a license to conduct medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have made an appointment but do not arrive at the specified time, do not notify us 12 hours in advance of your change of plans, or are more than 30 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services and the appointment is considered cancelled.
