The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT TERMS

• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the establishment is equipped with an autonomous power source.
• A client who has never visited a certain area (cosmetology, hair removal, massage, etc., check for more details when making an appointment), but has visited other areas, can use one certificate for a new direction.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• To sign up for a pedicure, you must send a photo of your foot.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo two-level treatment (disinfectant liquid, dry heat).
• The duration of the session is up to 2 hours (depending on the condition of the foot).
