• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the establishment is equipped with an independent power source.
• The promotion is valid for both men and women.
• A client who has never attended a particular service (cosmetology, hair removal, massage, etc.; please check for details when booking), but has attended other services, can use one certificate for the new service.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of one session of general body massage is 60 or 90 minutes, anti-cellulite or lymphatic drainage - 60 minutes, back massage - 30 or 40 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist (female) with more than 2.5 years of experience or a massage therapist (male) with a medical education and more than 5 years of experience.
