The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• During a power outage, services are provided as usual—the complex is equipped with a generator.
• During an air raid siren, the complex operates as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired date and time. Advance registration is required.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has scheduled a visit but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them 24 hours in advance of a change in their plans, or is more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the visit is considered completed.
• The visit lasts 45-60 minutes.
