• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has booked a session but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 6 hours in advance, or is 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service or shorten the session to accommodate the delay.
• The session duration is 30-80 minutes depending on the selected certificate.
• The procedure is performed by massage therapists with more than 3 years of experience (male or female).
