• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If a client has booked a session but does not show up at the appointed time and does not notify about the change of plans 24 hours in advance, or is late by more than 15 minutes, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of one session is 30 minutes.
