• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.
• Duration of 1 back massage session is 40 minutes; head, neck and foot massage – 20 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with more than 1 year of experience (male).
