• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have made an appointment but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 30 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the appointment is considered cancelled.
