- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
- The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.
- There is a restaurant and bar on the hotel premises, but consuming your own food and drinks on the premises is prohibited.
