ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned penalty-free if you cancel your reservation by calling the number listed in the promotion no later than 24 hours before your check-in date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your check-in date or if you don't show up, a penalty equal to the first night's stay will be charged.
