The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• This offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be someone who has never visited the studio).
• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• You must activate the certificate by attending the first session within the certificate's validity period.
• One client can personally use one certificate.
• Pre-registration for training is required.
• The subscription is valid for 5 weeks.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a class but fail to show up at the scheduled time and fail to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the class is considered completed. If you are late, the class will be shortened by the amount of time you were late.
• The duration of one training session is 60 minutes.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
