• One certificate is valid for one child.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• Children under 2 years old are allowed into the playroom only with adults.
• You must have socks with you.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a visit but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the visit is considered completed.
• Duration of visit: 60 minutes.
• Babies under 1 year old are admitted free of charge.
• On birthdays, admission is free.
