The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The show will take place on 29.03 at 15:00 at the address: Kyiv, Rusanovskaya embankment, 12.
• In case of an air raid, performances are held in the basement.
• One certificate is valid for the purchase of one ticket.
• After purchasing a certificate, you must check the availability of seats and exchange the certificate for a ticket by calling the numbers listed in the contacts.
• Seating is done in a free order.
• The recommended age for attending the show is 6 years and older.
• For children under 5 years old, admission to the show is free when accompanied by an adult, but without a separate seat (with one purchased ticket, the child sits in the lap of the accompanying adult).
• Spectators aged 9 and over are allowed to attend performances without adult accompaniment; if an adult does not attend the performance, they must wait in the foyer. Adults accompanying young spectators are responsible for their behavior in the theater.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have purchased a ticket for the show but do not arrive at the specified time, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse admission at a discount, and the ticket is considered used.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• The show lasts 60 minutes.
