• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a consultation but do not come at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are late for more than 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the consultation is considered completed.
