IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be a person who has never visited the medical center).
• The offer is valid for clients over 15 years of age (children must be accompanied by parents).
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 2 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
