• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of places for the desired date and time. When registering, you must inform us about the availability of a certificate.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical practice in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must provide a printed certificate or an electronic certificate (in PDF format).
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not come at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, or are late for more than 5 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the appointment is considered completed.
• The procedure lasts 20 minutes.
• MRI is performed using the following devices: Philips Achieva 1.5T (10 M. Maksimovich Street and 39 A. Malyshko Street) and Philips Ingenia 1.5T (10 M. Maksimovich Street).
• Maximum patient weight: for Philips Achieva 1.5T – 150 kg, for Philips Ingenia 1.5T – 200 kg.
