• One certificate is valid for one person. If you want to play with a group, you need to purchase certificates for each person.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you signed up for a game but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, and were late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the game is considered completed.
