The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The promotion is not valid on 30.06.2025, 31.12.2025.
• It is necessary to pre-book the date, time of the photo session and agree on the location (indicate your name, contact phone number and unique certificate code).
• The customer gives his consent to the use of finished materials by the photographer.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One client can use an unlimited number of certificates.
• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you signed up for a photo session but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 72 hours in advance, or were late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount.
• The photo session takes place near the metro station «Ippodrom» or «Gidropark» by arrangement.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
