How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

- The certificate is not valid for banquets and birthday celebrations on the park grounds.
- Entrance to the park for adults is 10 UAH, only if they accompany children.
- If an adult plans to use any of the attractions, an entrance ticket must be purchased.
- During martial law, children of any age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No prior reservation is required to visit the park.
- To visit the park on public holidays, you must purchase a weekend ticket.
- Children under 1 year old are admitted free of charge.
- Paid attractions are not included in the price of the certificate. If you use paid attractions, payment is made according to the rates of the children's entertainment center.

Conditions for discounted admission for children of military personnel (Fly Kids)
- 50% discount on entrance tickets for children of military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Troops of Troops, National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) since 2014 from Monday to Friday in the FLY KIDS chain of retail outlets from 02/27/2024 upon presentation of a military ID of one of the parents and the child's birth certificate. 50% discount on entrance tickets for children of military personnel from Monday to Friday, whose parents are considered missing in action since 2014, killed during military operations; are in captivity; received a disability as a result of the war, upon presentation of supporting documents and the child's birth certificate. If a serviceman (AFU, Troops of Troops, NGU) or one of the parents - accompanying refuses to provide documents for photo reporting *, then in this case the cost of the ticket is according to the current tariff on that day.
