• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify us of your visit cancellation 24 hours in advance, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
