• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The medical and diagnostic center operates under a license to carry out medical practice in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
