• If a client has made an appointment but does not show up at the appointed time and does not notify about the change of plans 12 hours in advance or is late by more than 15 minutes, the center reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
• Duration of consultation is 90 minutes, kinesiotherapy - 45-60 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a specialist with more than 6 years of experience (male).
