• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance or are late for more than 20 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
• Session duration: 150 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist (male or female, at your choice) with experience from 3 to 10 years.
