The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients of the clinic.
• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• The gynecologist does not see pregnant women.
• One client can personally use only one certificate for one doctor of the corresponding profile.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• A gastroenterologist check up with service package No. 5 is only possible at the clinic at the following address: Beresteyskiy Prospekt, 65; a urologist check up with service package No. 1 is only possible at the clinic at the following address: Saksaganskogo Street, 39A.
• All other check up are conducted at two addresses.

• To receive a discount, you must present a printed certificate or send the certificate to the email address info@hh.com.ua
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the appointed time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the appointment is considered completed.
