• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given immediately before receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If a client has signed up for a session but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 24 hours in advance or is late by 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount or shorten the session by the time of the delay.
• The procedure is performed using a radiofrequency diathermocoagulator or a radio wave scalpel.
