• If the client has signed up for a procedure but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 24 hours in advance or is late by more than 20 minutes, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.

• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with more than 5 years of experience (male).
