IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Consultations are held online.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• After purchasing the certificate, you need to register on the platform website, after registration, write to the administrator in Telegram your phone number (which you indicated during registration) and send the certificate. After which the administrator will provide advice through your personal account.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• If a client has signed up for a session but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 24 hours in advance or is late by 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services and the certificate is considered used.
• The duration of one session is 50 minutes.
• The consultation is conducted through a personal account on the website or in a mobile application. At the scheduled time of the consultation, you need to go to your personal account - be online and wait for a call from a psychologist.
