IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• In case of an air raid, services are provided as usual – the establishment has its own shelter.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• To register for a session, you must provide a certificate number.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must indicate the certificate number when registering.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If a client has signed up for a session but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 12 hours in advance or is late by more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed or shortened by the time of the delay.
• Session duration: 60 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by massage therapists with more than 5 years of experience (men and women).
