IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• The promotion is valid for online consultations only.
• A consultation with a psychiatrist may be provided to a client only with his informed consent and may not be provided to third parties without their consent and presence.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The psychiatrist works under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us of a change in your plans 24 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
• Session duration: 20-60 minutes.
