• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.

• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo four-level processing (disinfection liquid, mechanical cleaning, drying, dry heat). They are stored in individual packages.
