• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the appointed time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the appointment is considered completed.
