• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you made an appointment but did not show up at the appointed time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, or were late for more than than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
