• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us of a change in your plans 24 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.

• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo four-level processing (disinfection liquid, processing in an ultrasonic cleaner, drying in craft bags at a temperature of 80°C for 30 minutes in a dry heat oven, processing at a temperature of 180°C for 60 minutes).
